LES CHAUSSONS DE LA BELLE ships worldwide via FedEx International Priority Service.
Shipping to all EU countries is FREE, and purchase prices include VAT.
Shipping to all non EU countries is 30 Euros on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The customer will have to pay for all import duties/customs taxes/local taxes. FedEx will look after all the import proceedings and will charge them to the customer at delivery. Please be sure to check the approximate total amount of import duties, custom taxes and local taxes at your Chamber of Commerce Import Office.
Please provide a suitable shipping address where FedEx can obtain a signature on delivery.
Les Chaussons de la Belle shipments by FedEx are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches the destination the goods are no longer insured.
When the order has been shipped, customers will receive an e-mail from Les Chaussons de la Belle specifying its tracking number and a direct link to FedEx website to monitor the shipment status.
Les Chaussons de la Belle will not be held responsible for any delay in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues and any other circumstances beyond the control of Les Chaussons de la Belle.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the customer’s address due to any wrong information from the customer (wrong or not fully complete address, wrong telephone number, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations and/or taxes and duties when applicable), the package may be sent back to Spain at the customer’s expenses including shipment costs and any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entering Spain. These fees will be deducted from any eventual refund.
Les Chaussons de la Belle does not ship to post office boxes. Customers have to provide a suitable shipping address where FedEx can obtain an authorized signature on delivery.
At the checkout process you will be asked to provide the shipping address for your order. An order has to be sent to one address only. It is not possible to change the shipping address of an order after checkout.
We endeavour to dispatch all In Stock orders within 48 hours, but please allow us up to 7 days to delivery as external factors may cause delays. Your orders will be shipped once payment has been approved by Stripe or by bank wire confirmation.
Pre-Orders will be shipped by FedEx International Priority Service within 48 hours of the shipping date clearly stated through the buying process and on Product Sheet before checkout, but please allow us up to 7 days to delivery as external factors may cause delays.
Orders are processed at Les Chaussons de la Belle Monday to Friday from 9am to 5 pm. Orders arriving on Friday evening, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on next Monday.
As per International Laws Regulation of Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all orders will be shipped from Madrid, Spain with an official invoice declaring the exact total of purchased merchandise in Euros. Les Chaussons de la Belle will not invoice in any other currency. It is illegal to declare lower values or the merchandise as a present, following International Customs Regulation.

- USA and CANADA: 1/3 days, according to final destination.
- SOUTH AMERICA : 3/4 days, according to final destination

- AUSTRALIA and OCEANIA : 4/5 days to major cities, 6/8 days to remote areas

Upon delivery of every order, customers are requested to inspect the box carefully before signing the delivery document. Les Chaussons de la Belle packages are carefully sealed. If the package looks damaged either sign the document with reservation or refuse it, and immediately open a claim to FedEx. Please be aware that the designer’s box, paper, felt bag are considered as part of the purchased item, and have to be treated in accordance and not damaged in any way.
If you wish to return the purchased item for exchange or refund please note that it can be done in its original packaging and exclusively through FedEx. No other shipping will be admitted. Please be sure to read the Return Policy terms. Your personal information will always be treated as strictly private and confidential. In order to register for Les Chaussons de la Belle Online Store we will need your name, address and email address. To process orders by credit card online, we will also require the following information:
