LES CHAUSSONS DE LA BELLE online store wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, items can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund.
To return a purchased item please follow the instructions below:
To request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order. We request that all goods are returned within 10 days of your request for an RAN. Please include Order Number (########). Item Code of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for size exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Contact our shipping partner FedEx to arrange a collection time. Find the telephone number for FedEx at www.fedex.com and select your country.
- Please write the RAN on the Air Way bill following the instructions received with the RAN email.
- FedEx will provide you with the Air Way bill to complete.
- We will notify you when your return has been received and processed.
- If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size, please let us know when you request your RAN number. As soon as we receive your return and the goods have undergone a quality control check, we will dispatch your new size to you when available, or let you know when it will be ready to be dispatched.
- If you are located IN THE EU return is free for size exchange or store credit. Free Return is limited to one exchange, and exchanges for a different item/code or colour are not available. Only size exchange is allowed for shoes. Store credit has to be used within three months from the return. Store credit is not cumulative with other store credits and must be used in its entire amount on an order that is equal or greater than the value of the store credit.
- If you are located OUTSIDE THE EU you will be requested to pay additional taxes and customs on the replacement. - For returns with a refund request, the shipment and any eventual customs fees and taxes are on the customer’s expenses. FedEx shipment fees, custom taxes and duties will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are allowed for undamaged merchandise (including complete undamaged packaging), which have not been worn, washed, cleaned or altered in any way or show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items have to be correctly returned as per the accomplishment of all the instructions stated for ret. No refunds will be accepted if ALL the conditions have not been fully followed
- EU “Right to Cancel and Return Purchase” applies only within the European Union. This regulation allows you to return your purchases, with no specified reasons, within 14 days of “cooling off” after reception of your order.
- Shipping costs will be at your expenses.
- Please note that the “Right to Cancel and Return Purchases” does not apply, among others, to: Goods made to order Shoes that have been worn and/or touched your body (to comply with hygienic requirements).
- All requirements stated in our Return Policy statements have to be complied.
Refunds will appear on the customer’s next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund. Processing time may vary from different credit card companies. Orders paid by bank transfer will be refund on the original account.
- Please be aware that we are unable of exchanging an item for an alternative colour or style. We can offer only size exchanges. To purchase a new item we recommend you to return the item and place a new order.
Item(s) must not be worn, cleaned or altered in any way, and must not show any sign of use. Soles of footwear and inside soles must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. All items should be returned in their original designer packaging (box, paper, felt bag), they must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for shipment. The original designer packaging is considered as part of the original item.
All returns from any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order will incur in additional shipping cost. All returns must be shipped through our shipping partner FedEx, and no other shipping service will be admitted. Les Chaussons de la Belle is not liable for any returned goods that are not shipped as per these instructions. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order. Unauthorized returns without their RAN or not via FedEx will be refused, and will not be allowed for exchange, store credit or refund.
- The return shipment must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
- In order to facilitate the return of defective or incorrect merchandise you must obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and follow the returns process indicated above in all its parts and conditions. Les Chaussons de la Belle reserves the right to request photographic support regarding faulty or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. All the items returned as faulty will be carefully inspected and if the merchandise shows any sign of improper treatment or damage the return will be refused. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clearly when writing to obtain you RNA.
