Exchange & Returns Policy

Les Chaussons de la Belle Online Store wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, items can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days from delivery.

Please be aware that we cannot accept exchange requests for a different colour or style. Exchanges can only be made for an alternative size, subject to availability. We will be delighted to inform you about sizes in stock or when they will be, and to offer you the information for alternative solutions.

  • If you are located IN THE EU (European Union) return is free for size exchange or store credit. Free return is limited to one exchange. Store credit has to be used within three months from the return, is not cumulative with other store credits and must be used in its entire amount on an order that is equal or greater than the value of the store credit.
  • If you are located OUTSIDE THE EU return shipping is free for size exchange or store credit.

International customs duties, fees and other taxes will NOT be refunded. Please be aware that, on exchange items, you will be required to pay additional international customs duties, fees and taxes. Free shipping return is limited to one exchange. Store credit has to be used within three months from the return, is not cumulative with other store credits and must be used in its entire amount on an order that is equal or greater than the value of the store credit.

To return a purchased item please follow the instructions below:

  • Request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to info@leschaussonsdelabelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of your request for a RAN. Please include Order Number (########), item code/name of the item(s) to be returned and indicate if the return is for size exchange, store credit or refund. For an exchange please indicate the size you wish to have.
  • Contact our shipping partner FedEx to arrange a collection time. Find the telephone number for FedEx at fedex.com and select your country.
  • Please write the RAN on the Air Way Bill following the instructions received with the RAN email.
  • You will receive inside the delivered parcel a pre-printed FedEx Air Way Bill (a label) to add to the returning parcel. Please get in touch with your local FedEx office to arrange the date and time of collection.
  • Please use the original pack to return the item(s), if possible.
  • We will notify you when your return has been received and processed.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size please let us know it with its code/name when you request your RAN number. We will check for available alternatives, if they are in stock or when they will be. As soon as we receive your return and the goods have undergone a quality control check, we will dispatch your new size item, or let you know when it will be ready to be dispatched. You can then choose one of these possibilities or ask for a refund or store credit.
  • To make an exchange or return, item(s) must not be worn, cleaned or altered in any way, and must not show any sign of use. Soles of footwear and inside soles must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Please try the fit on a soft dry carpet, as you would in a store.
  • All items should be returned in their original designer packaging and all its content, they must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for shipment. The original designer packaging is considered as part of the original item.
  • All items to be returned from any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order will incur in additional shipping cost. All returns must be shipped through our shipping partner FedEx, and no other shipping service will be admitted. Les Chaussons de la Belle is not liable for any returned goods that are not shipped following these instructions. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order. Unauthorized returns without their RAN or not via FedEx will be refused, and will not be allowed for exchange, store credit or refund.
  • The return shipment must originate from the same Country of the original shipment.
  • In order to facilitate the return of defective or incorrect merchandise you must obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and follow the returns process indicated above in all its parts and conditions. Les Chaussons de la Belle reserves the right to request photographic support regarding faulty or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. All the items returned as faulty will be carefully inspected and if the merchandise shows any sign of improper treatment or damage the return will be refused. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clearly when writing to obtain you RNA.
  • The “Right to Cancel and Return Purchase” regulation allows you to return your purchases, with no specified reasons, within 14 days after reception of your order. Please get in touch with us within 7 days to let us know and to clear any doubts about the return.
  • The “Right to Cancel and Return Purchases” regulation does not apply, among others, to:
  • Goods Made to Order
  • Shoes that have been worn and/or show any trace of use.
  • All requirements specified in our Exchange & Return Policy statements should be complied.
  • If we consider that we cannot accept your return, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

RETURNS WITH A REFUND REQUEST

  • For returns with a refund request of orders delivered WITHIN THE EU all items returned in accordance with our Exchange & Returns Policy will be refunded to the original customer’s account for the total payed amount including VAT, through the same paying method used in the order.
  • For returns with a refund request of orders delivered OUTSIDE THE EU, all items returned in accordance with our Exchange & Returns Policy will be refunded to the original customer’s account through the same paying method used in the order.
  • Please be aware that any international customs duties and sales taxes will NOT be refunded for shipments OUTSIDE THE EU. If you are located OUTSIDE THE EU you will be required to pay any international customs duties and additional taxes on returns, they will be charged on your expenses and deducted from the final refund amount.
  • When asking for a refund, please comply to all the Exchange & Return Policy statements.
  • Refunds are allowed for undamaged merchandise, which have not been worn, cleaned or altered in any way or shows any signs of use. Soles and inside soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  • All items should be returned in their original designer packaging with all its content. They must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for shipment. The original designer packaging and all its content are considered as part of the original item.
  • Items have to be correctly returned as per the accomplishment of all the instructions stated in our Exchange & Returns Policy statement. No refunds will be accepted if all the conditions have not been fully complied.
  • As soon as inspected, approved and issued, we will immediately email you with the refund full data. Processing time may vary from different credit card companies and banks, and refunds will appear on the customer’s next billing statement in accordance with it. Orders paid by bank transfer will be refund on the original bank account.
  • If we consider that we cannot accept your request, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
  • The “Right to Cancel and Return Purchase” regulation allows you to return your purchases, with no specified reasons, within 14 days of “cooling off” after reception of your order.
  • The “Right to Cancel and Return Purchases” regulation does not apply, among others, to:
    • Goods Made to Order
    • Shoes that have been worn and/or show any trace of use
  • If we consider that we cannot accept your request we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
